Project Management
Single-source oversight for repairs, renovations, and capital improvements. As a licensed General Contractor, we act as your local manager—sourcing, vetting, hiring, and supervising specialized trades, technical contractors, housekeepers, and vendors on site.
Maintenance & Grounds Care
Preventive upkeep, minor physical repairs, and seasonal property care. We take care of routine maintenance directly—including small property repairs, seasonal yard upkeep, and snow clearing coordination—ensuring minor property needs are handled promptly without the need to bring in outside trades for simple fixes.
Home Management
Thoughtful coordination for your arrivals and departures. We manage pre-arrival staging, pantry and provision stocking, mail and package receipt, and local errands. Following your stay, we handle linen and towel laundry service and complete a full post-departure reset.

Oversight to keep your estate fleet maintained and ready to drive. We run vehicles periodically during extended absences to protect mechanical systems, coordinate professional detailing, and handle transport to off-site shops for scheduled service, repairs, or tire replacements.
