What is a Home Watch A Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues.

How often are Home Watch visits conducted The homeowner determines the visit frequency. Most customers choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly intervals. Please check with your insurance carrier to verify if routine visits are required and at what interval to maintain coverage.

Do Home Watch services require a contract We must have a service contract in place to legally enter your property, but we do not require a set number of visits or frequency to initiate services.

How much does a Home Watch visit cost The price varies based on square footage, seasonal accessibility, remoteness of the property, number of bathrooms, home systems, appliances, vehicles etc... . The price is determined after meeting with the homeowner and reviewing the level of service requested and the complexity of the home check.

What happens when an issue is found The homeowner determines how we handle irregularities or emergency events. If you want to be contacted with every occurrence, we are happy to reach out and discuss a recommended plan of action. If you prefer to be contacted only when larger issues arise, we will establish guidelines for when we should reach out.

Do you provide services for rental properties We do not provide any real estate services and work only with and on behalf of homeowners. If your property is a seasonal rental, we can provide services during the off-season or between rental periods.
