The Team

Jenny Beam
Owner
Jenny grew up on a small family farm in Kentucky and loved her rural community upbringing. When she graduated college, the desire to move west led her to Colorado, South Dakota and ultimately Washington, her home for the last seven years.
Her deep-rooted love of the mountains, snow, recreational activities and small town life led her to Ronald, Washington - and the discovery of a community need for a home watch service. Starting a home watch seemed like a natural fit for Jenny, given her lifelong passion for restoring older homes and 20+ years of experience specializing in start-ups and program development.
Jenny is a member of the all-volunteer Kittitas County Search and Rescue team which supports the Kittitas County Sheriff's Office on missions involving lost, missing, or injured persons, hikers, climbers, or snowmobilers.

Cheryl Fielding
Managing Director
Cheryl was born in Oregon and wound her way through Iceland, Virginia, California, and the Aleutian Islands before firmly planting roots in Washington in 2008. You can leave the PNW, but it never leaves you.
Cheryl brings extensive technical and analytic expertise to Mountain Maiden by way of a 28-year career in healthcare. She excels at growing strategic partnerships and shepherding new services from inception to completion.
She finds fulfillment in traveling, meeting people, and sharing experiences along the way. Her family encourages her zest for baking, and she cherishes the moments spent with her husband, family, and grandchildren.

Olivia Tyrnauer
Property Partner
Olivia grew up in a small town outside of San Francisco, California and moved to Washington State in 2016 to attend college in Olympia. During that time she gained skills and credit while building a tiny house on wheels and attending classes focusing on sustainable animal agriculture, and natural resource management.
She moved to Snoqualmie Pass in 2023 after spending 3 years working for an arborist out of Winlock. She is now finding joy with her seasonal position with Mid Columbia Fisheries Enhancement Group. There she performs outreach and education, as well as survey and biologist work for the Bull Trout Task Force.
Olivia prefers to work with her hands and problem solve, as well as help others. Working with Kittitas County Search and Rescue is where Jenny and Olivia met! In her free time she can be found off-roading with her dog, working on car or house projects, gardening, fishing, and skiing/snowboarding.
